摘要: Abstract The pharmaceutical biotechnology, industrial and the food industries have been introduced to Process Analytical Technology (PAT) initiative of US Food Drug Administration. PAT, which is regarded as a milestone in guidelines efficient process control aims for sustained productivity controlled batch-to-batch quality products by measuring quality-related variables. This facilitated deeper understanding interconnection Associated with knowledge, grade automation may potentially be increased. In this chapter fundamentals automation, are sensors, actuators, open-loop closed-loop applications, discussed bioprocesses. Because diversity different bioprocesses levels knowledge about them, approaches used. Most applied systems hybrid, combining measurement techniques various methods. Soft sensors based on spectrometric measurements combined proportional, integral or integral, derivative used most frequently. However application using Kalman filters artificial neural networks monitoring heuristic control, fuzzy model-predictive chapter.
