摘要: The thyroidal uptake of 131I was measured 2 and 24 h after an oral tracer dose in 60 persons receiving potassium iodide doses ranging from 5 to 80 mg. results show that 40 mg KI is the minimal which required for a complete inhibition uptake. In cases when it becomes desirable block entirely radioactive isotopes iodine by human thyroid, should be given initial mg, with maintainance 3.3 mg/day.
