摘要: In the past few decades, high-tech industrial cluster, as well science and technology park, played an important role in promoting research industry cooperation enhancing commercialization many places around world. It has been pointed out by Saxenian that interaction between universities institutes enterprises clusters is a primary driver for growth of Silicon Valley (Saxenian 1996). Feldman (1994) insisted innovativeness relies to large extent on basic researches, which are largely taken R&D activities government lab or universities. The enterprises’ geographic proximity enable rapid knowledge transfer. Therefore, prefer agglomerate near institutes, order benefit from spillover, while researchers began transform themselves into entrepreneurs.
