摘要: A new and simple procedure for producing experimental hypertension in rats is described. It consists the complete ligature of aorta between origin renal arteries. Production an atrophic left kidney depends closely on rat's body weight, occurring about 90% weighing over 300 g almost never those under 150 g. The great majority more than with kidneys were hypertensive.
