摘要: Two kidney Goldblatt hypertension can be induced in the rat by complete ligation of aorta between renal arteries1. The ischaemic (left) secretes excessive amounts renin, resulting plasma renin concentrations which peak during first week after operation and return to near normal about a month2. Occlusion leads polydipsia polyuria3, with reduced preference for NaCl chronic stages 4–6 weeks postoperatively4. Partial aortic occlusion, is less lethal than occlusion but produces similar sequence changes, was introduced order examine changes Na appetite that occur hypertension5. relation blood pressure spontaneous fluid intake also investigated.
