摘要: The dual entitlement principle suggests that price change motives influence fairness perceptions. A meta-analysis replicates this finding, and shows the negative effect of unjustified is stronger than positive cost-justified motives; motive effects are independent magnitude change; explained better by changes motives. relationship between follows a cubic function, indicating satiation for high changes.
