HISTAMINE IN THE HEART AND SPINAL CORD OF HYPERTENSIVE RATS

摘要: Concentrations of histamine (HA) in hearts and spinal cords normotensive (WKY), spontaneously hypertensive (SHR) stroke-prone rats (SPR) were measured by radioenzymatic assay. There no significant differences between strains cord HA. However, cardiac HA both SHR SPR was more than double the WKY value before onset hypertension, remained elevated chronically rats. a corresponding increase mast cells sections taken from young SPR. The elevation unaffected prior sympathectomy with 6-hydroxydopamine HC1 (6-ODHA).
