摘要: Abstract Total histamine levels in heart, lung, stomach and skeletal muscle are not significantly different between normotensive (NT) desoxycorticosterone acetate (DOCA) — hypertensive (HT) rats. Histamine depletion from heart of NT HT rats by Compound 48/80 was similar indicating that the mast-cell pool(s) equivalent size. Tissue 3 H-histamine following H-histidine administration indicated capacity for formation is unaffected state. This conclusion reinforced finding turnover rates were tissues Studies metabolism suggest an alteration methylation may exist rat. The relationship altered disposition to reduced magnitude histaminergic reflex vasodilatation noted rat discussed.
