摘要: The Romanian Upper-Tisa Basin identifies itself, from a quantitative point of view, as space with water resources in excess, due to its place one the wettest areas Romania. aims present chapter are analyse hydrological regime, which allows assessment analysed area. In first part study presented some introductory elements related to: literature about resources, general information concerning territory, on monitoring hydrologic activity area study, methods and sources that were used for elaboration study. second is brief analysis natural conditions (geological, morphological, climatic, hydrographic soil cover), conditioning influence river runoff. third part, it actual resource, being mainly pursued differences runoff, between two slopes basin, exposed east, other west. Among various parameters, emphasize resource territory have been analysed: volume average flow, drained layer, specific coefficient river-flow. fourth focused way population benefits terms quantity failures existing supply systems. A flow layer composite raster structure was built, comparing surface by showing where amount available deficit. ends conclusions subject list references.
