摘要: Acute isolated rupture of the teres major is an uncommon injury. This article presents first report midterm subjective and objective functional results following nonoperative management rupture. A 30-year-old right hand dominant man presented after a waterskiing traction injury to his left upper extremity. On physical examination, patient had swelling retraction at lower scapular border, which was accentuated with resisted adduction His attachment humerus not palpable. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed tendon The treated non-operatively rehabilitation protocol emphasizing rotator cuff, periscapular, latissimus muscle strengthening. By 3 months postinjury, returned all usual sporting activities, despite persistent deformity over major.
