摘要: Even as telephone based spoken language dialogue systems (SLDS) are becoming commercially available, developers can benefit from guidelines designed to help remove problems early possible in the design life cycle. SLDS designers generally rely on a Wizard of Oz (WOZ) simulation technique ensure that system's facilitates user interaction much possible. In WOZ simulation, users made believe they interacting with real system, when fact hidden researcher. These researchers record, transcribe, and analyze dialogues, then use results improve being developed. Using current methods, must be both very careful lucky, or will remain during implementation testing stages. We have found sound, comprehensive set is an effective tool support systematic development evaluation design. could significantly reduce time by reducing need for lengthy experimentation, controlled testing, field trial cycles.
