摘要: We develop a commercial phone-based SDS (spoken dialog system) that supplies information to employees about their holiday-allowance. Frequently-asked-questions (FAQ) system use of the conceptual language (CDL), customized express patterns specific system's model while still providing clear picture domain experts and supporting updates. CDL's power stems from its ability capture specifics an application remaining flexible enough support range modeling styles requirements. To facilitate effective communication with experts, modelers can translate in CDL HTML document, or they compile it programming for executable code.
