摘要: Abstract Na-doping concentration dependent electrical and structural properties of NiO ceramics were investigated. Various samples NaxNi1−xO (x = 0.00, 0.01, 0.03, 0.05, 0.07, 0.09, 0.11) prepared by using conventional solid state reaction. Most the showed decreased resistivity with increase while maintaining phase-pure face-centered cubic (fcc) structure, except in case sample containing 11% Na. For Na, slightly increased due to presence secondary phase. The possible physical origin this reduced is related number oxygen vacancies, for ceramics.
