摘要: Abstract The effects of annealing environments and dopants on the structural, chemical, optical, electrical properties NiO are investigated. Pristine exhibits electrically insulating behavior regardless (e.g., vacuum O2 environments). On other hand, Li-doped resistivities ∼350 Ω cm ∼9 Ω cm for ceramics annealed under O2, respectively with reduced optical band-gap. structural analysis revealed that all samples exhibit a cubic structure (Fm-3m, SG 225) without any measurable secondary phases. However, showed reduction in unit cell volume as compared to undoped samples. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy different residual Li content depending environments, presence induced Ni3+ state NiO. These states doped responsible observed change
