摘要: Abstract This report describes some effects of poisoning with carbon tetrachloride on hepatocytes in single cell suspension. In isolated liver cells as well “ vivo ” CCl 4 stimulates lipid peroxidation, inhibits both protein synthesis and lipoprotein secretion induces fat accumulation within the cells. As action our data confirm that its increase induced by depends metabolism this drug NADPH-cytochrome P 450 enzyme system. Furthermore, reported here suggest onset -induced decrease is due to a derangement secretory pathway.
