摘要: Food composition data is important for stakeholders and users active in the areas of food, nutrition health. New challenges related to quality food reflect dynamic changes these while emerging technologies create new opportunities. These impact on Mediterranean region were reviewed during NUTRIMAD 2018 congress Spanish Society Community Nutrition. Data harmonization standardization, compilation use, thesauri, classification description, exchange are some that require approaches. Consistency documentation, linking information between datasets, matching capturing portion size suggest need automated tools. Research Infrastructures bring together key services.
