摘要: REDD+ (Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation in Developing Countries) is a new very ambitious global programme which seeks to create financial value for the carbon stored forests, offering performance-based payment reduce CO2 emissions forested lands. From an initial perception of REDDF+ as relatively straightforward forestry project, it has turned into one that increasingly focusing on rights people who live forests. This largely due pressure international national environmental human NGOs. A result their activities several original co-benefits REDD+, such alleviating poverty, tenure reform, improving local livelihoods forest governance, protecting have become major concerns.
