摘要: The current study explored effects of continuous hand motion on the allocation visual attention. A concurrent paradigm was used to combine visually concealed movements with an attentionally demanding letter discrimination task. probe appeared contingent upon moving right passing through one six positions. Discrimination responses were then collected via a keyboard press static left hand. Both hand’s position and its movement direction systematically contributed participants’ sensitivity. performance increased substantially when distant from, but toward location (replicating far-hand effect, Festman et al., 2013). However, this effect disappeared close hand, supporting view that dynamic features both hands in modulating pragmatic maps
