摘要: Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) was used to quantitate the localized densitometric changes that occur early (0–16 weeks) in a tibial ostectomy model of three different gap widths 15 dogs. Dogs were divided into equal groups. A 5-mm (group 1), 15-mm 2), or 25-mm 3) unilateral performed and stabilized with external skeletal fixator each dog. DXA tissue at 0, 14, 30, 60, 90, 120 days after surgery. Regions interest (ROIs) included entire (groups 1, 2, ROIs within defined distance from proximal distal cortical bone ends: 0–2.5 mm 3); 2.5–5.0 3), 5.0–7.5 7.5–10.0 10.0–12.5 3). Bone mineral density (BMD) significantly changed over time all groups (P<0.0001). The BMD increased 4-month study period reached normal middiaphysial by 90 also surgery but plateau ∼0.45 g/cm2 (48% middiaphyseal BMD) 60 small extent during first 30 then gradually decreased period. Overall, had highest BMD, followed
