摘要: The authors have developed a new 2/spl times/2 micro-optical switch. switch features uni-directional input/output and drive mechanism with latch functions. newly structure combines two moving mirrors fixed V mirror to implement input/output. Furthermore, the been reduced in size by integrating functions use of magnetic shaft driving coils. has implemented as module mounted ceramic package. modular is 23.5/spl times/9.86/spl times/6.76 mm provides switching time 1.3 ms for 15 (469 mA) an input pulse width 1 ms. reflectivity 98.6% (reflection loss: 0.06 dB) connection loss between surfaces 5.4 dB.
