摘要: The alkaline phosphatases comprise a multigene enzyme family that hydolyze phosphate esters and are widely distributed in nature. Three main classes have been isolated from humans, the placental, intestinal, liver/bone/kidney forms. We mapped placental intestinal phosphatase genes to 2q34-q37 by using chromosomal situ hybridization somatic-cell hybrid panel.
