摘要: Abstract Crystallographic analyses have revealed a new “domain structure” in YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7− x (123) prepared by the quench and melt growth (QMG) process. The were carried out X-ray diffractometry: kind of pole figure method an improved technique microarea diffraction. is composed crystallographic units which are aligned two-dimensions; c-axes them parallel to each other there slight deviation directions their -and b -axes. degree differs scale: macrograins (∼ 10 mm), subgrains mm) crystallites 100 μm) it about few degrees scale crystallites. QMG-processed materials closely related high J c values, > 4 A/cm at 77 K under magnetic field 1 T. more strongly linked superconducting than those conventionally sintered specimens. control one most important factors for improving properties superconductors.
