摘要: A three component (Work orientation, Mastery needs, and Competitiveness) measure of achievement motivation was applied to a criterion from the Science Citation Index for sample 103 Ph.D. scientists, engineers. Significant interactions between Work Competitiveness were found. The relationship this model scientific attainment is discussed.
