摘要: The present study aimed to develop a widely accepted prognostic nomogram for stage IE and IIE extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma (ENKTCL) of the upper aerodigestive tract by using Surveillance, Epidemiology, End Results program database. A total 396 patients with ENKTCL were included in divided into training (n=280) validation (n=116) cohorts. Kaplan-Meier method Cox regression model used evaluate value multiple clinical parameters on overall survival. C-index calibration curves both determine predictive discriminatory capacities nomogram. In cohort, multivariate analysis demonstrated that age, primary site, radiation therapy independent factors. Nomograms 0.717 cohort 0.737 developed. reported excellent consistency between predicted real survival ENKTCL. addition, subgroup 264 who receiving chemotherapy revealed based chemotherapy, supplementation was significantly beneficial conclusion, this may serve as novel tool improving prediction outcomes therefore be applications.
