摘要: Abstract Efficiency of Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) is extremely influenced by flowing condition and heat transfer, which depend on PHE’s geometrical characteristics. In this work, a full-scale simulation model was built to research transfer pressure drop double chevron PHE with high flux. And experiment apparatus based the principle equal Reynolds number method has also been established validate numerical simulations select out best turbulence for simulation. Compared experimental results, average error Realizable k-e less than 6%, means can reveal flow characteristics flux most accurately.
