摘要: The STL model has become a standard in rapid prototyping (RP) technology, but slice errors are high because of tessellation. To improve the precision contours, novel slicing method is presented to compute accurate contour curves based on an model. First, normal vector triangle facet be sliced calculated. An interpolation curve between two vertices constructed section approximate original terms position and tangent at vertices. exact points obtained by calculating intersection plane. Finally, smooth contours achieved fitting with cubic B-spline curve. experimental results indicate that improves cross contours.
