摘要: This study was designed to show the relationship between tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion (TAPSE) and stroke volume (SV) by thermodilution using three different methods also assess whether TAPSE can track hemodynamic changes associated with loading ephedrine administration. an observational in 61 elective patients a pulmonary artery catheter who were undergoing coronary bypass graft surgery cardiac surgical centre. We measured transesophageal echocardiography: M mode, speckle tracking at lateral wall, tissue inferior wall. There two interventions: leg raising (volume recruitment) or administration of 5 mg iv. Echo measurements performed before after each intervention. Eleven excluded due poor imaging. 26 group 24 group. The correlation coefficient tracking, 0.48, 0.44, 0.09, respectively. significant increase SV following intervention; however, any method velocity not large enough reach statistical significance. Tricuspid mode correlates modestly SV. no wall right ventricle. does either
