摘要: Introduction Three-dimensional echocardiography and Doppler tissue imaging (DTI) are new technologies for evaluation of right ventricular (RV) size function, but little is known about the differences these measurements in men women different age groups, how can be adjusted. Methods In all, 54 healthy participants, mean 59 years (range: 21-86), underwent resting echocardiography, including 3-dimensional DTI. Results There were significant RV end-diastolic volume between (129 ± 25 vs 102 33 mL, P = not significant). DTI demonstrated that time to peak systolic velocity, late diastolic basal strain significantly affected by increasing ( r −0.53, 0.58, −0.35, Conclusion Echocardiographic measures women, indexing lean body mass appears more effective than surface area. feasible, amount variation found may a limiting factor clinical application technology.
