摘要: The purpose of this chapter will be to give an overview certain features microbial iron metabolism and record what is known at the moment writing regarding molecular mechanism regulation high affinity absorption in Escherichia coli K-12. Evidence obtained by chemical modification experiments suggests that thiol groups may play a role activity protein (Fur) regulating bacterial species.
