摘要: Background Needle insertion pain associated with maintenance hemodialysis (HD) causes considerable stress on HD patients native arteriovenous fistula. Skin cooling has been suggested to modify sensitivity and reduce needle pain. Recently, a skin device, named Mutsu-Senshi®, developed decrease local temperature 21 °C smoothly safely at the bedside. Therefore, we examined effectiveness of Mutsu-Senshi® in 4 centers Japan.
