摘要: There are many clinical problems which raised but not responded sufficiently, and pharmacy school plays a key role to solve these problems. We introduce the case in collaborated with hospital about problem. Many hemodialysis patients experience much physical mental pain associated needle insertion before dialysis. To alleviate this, tape-type lidocaine-containing local anesthetic patches (Penles®, Wyeth, Japan) widely used. However, efficacy of Penles® alleviating is often limited. Hemodialysis exhibit variety dermatological symptoms, such as pruritus, xerosis, erythema. These symptoms may affect transdermal lidocaine absorption. surveyed current use evaluated skin conditions patients. The results revealed that had applied for 100 minutes, electrical capacitance surface was significantly lower than healthy volunteers. In consideration results, we investigated hydration method enhance absorption porcine ear skin. result, concentration increased hydration. Furthermore, this examined patients, might be beneficial. This carried out by collaboration between school, sense necessary pharmaceutical research.
