摘要: As we have seen throughout this volume, the rehabilitation and readjustment of schizophrenic patients entering extramural life is affected by a multitude factors. Some these are inherent in patients’ condition; others basically environmental nature. In first category effects deterioration patient brought about lengthy institutionalization, matter which has received wide currency recent literature. The residual thought defect, even absence florid psychotic symptomatology, another factor affecting outcome community since it interferes, to significant extent, with efforts distorting perception social expectations milieu, impairing ability deal roles.
