摘要: For many years, a small but dedicated group of scientists have been using flow cytometry for the evaluation marine microorganisms. One these now provides us with detailed series protocols in this area, spelling out variations method and instrument operation that are crucial to successful extraction quality data from organisms. In addition, use number less frequently employed fluorescent probes gives some insight into alternative staining procedures.
