摘要: 1 Smooth reticular membranes from male rat liver contain high affinity binding sites for oestradiol. Similar females analogous testosterone. 2 Rough which polysomes have been removed by EDTA (degranulated membranes), no either hormone. 3 Ethyl acetate extracts of degranulated materials block the on smooth same but not opposite sex. 4 These promote attachment ribosomes to sex. 5 The ethyl and female substances behave like oestradiol testosterone, respectively.
