摘要: This chapter discusses methods used to study steroid-tissue receptor interaction. The three types of method are discussed with particular emphasis on the advantages and disadvantages respective methods. cell fractionation, autoradiography, separation specifically nonspecifically bound steroid. Cell disruption subsequent isolation intracellular organelles was widely in early experiments which information required as where a hormone located within cell. Such fractionation has advantage being relatively well-standardized technique most experimental difficulties documented. art autoradiography been applied number forms problem steroid localization. giving about type that contains labeled terms specific nonspecific relation high- low-affinity binding sites, respectively but some respects they misnomers.
