摘要: 1. 1.Suspensions of rat thymocytes were incubated at 4° or 37°, rapidly washed and a nuclear fraction prepared by density gradient centrifugation. At 37° nearly all the corticosterone-binding protein was present in nucleus, while approx. 13 found cytoplasm. 2. 2.By Sephadex filtration coal adsorption, corticosterone binding to high-molecular-weight compounds could be shown 100 000 × g supernatant from sonicated cells. 3. 3.This abolished incubation with proteases thiol reagents. 4. 4.The unstable. The apparent dissociation constant 2–5 times greater than whole cells. 5. 5.The molecular weight compound least 000, as determined filtration. 6. 6.The affinity for highest between pH 7 8.
