摘要: In this study, a hydroalcoholic chestnut shell extract was characterized and tested on six different human cell lines. Gallic, ellagic, syringic acids were the most abundant non-condensed compounds in extract, as determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Tannins mainly represented condensed monomeric units of epigallocatechin catechin/epicatechin. After 48 h treatment, only hepatoblastoma HepG2 cells reached an inhibition corresponding to IC50 with increase apoptosis mitochondrial depolarization. The cytokinome evaluation before after treatment revealed that vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) tumor necrosis (TNF)-α decreased suggesting potential anti-angiogenic anti-inflammatory effect extract. Moreover, metabolome ¹H-NMR evidenced polyphenols extracted from (PECS) affected levels some amino other metabolites. Overall, these data highlight effects biomolecules proliferation, apoptosis, cycle depolarization, cytokinomics metabolomics profiles.
