摘要: CdSe quantum dots, electrodeposited epitaxially on {111} gold substrates, were studied by high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HREM). Images corresponding to wurtzite {10.0}CdSe and {11.0}CdSe as well {220}Au 13{422}Au, directly confirmed the epitaxial relationships previously shown diffraction, namely {111}Au‖{00.1}CdSe 〈110〉Au‖〈11.0〉CdSe. Further analysis of HREM images optical diffraction (selected-area nanodiffraction) provided structural information orientation single nanocrystals with respect substrate allowed detection slight misalignments individual dots.
