摘要: For most people, exercise training is among the major modifiable factors to improve body composition and ameliorate cardiometabolic risk factors, but several exercise-induced adaptations are mode-specific. Concurrent endurance strength particularly relevant overall health as it combines benefits of each single modality bring about local (e.g. trained skeletal muscles) systemic physiological adaptations. This chapter will discuss current evidence regarding concurrent on health-related aspects. The applicability usefulness total abdominal fat be reviewed, followed by a discussion potential combining in biomarkers, such blood glucose, circulating lipids pressure.
