摘要: BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: The extent to which moderate intensity running or cycling impact subsequent maximal neuromuscular performance is unclear. Thus, the aim of present study was evaluate effect and volume on explosive muscle strength. METHODS: Ten young physically active men were recruited had their knee extension isometric peak torque, rate torque development (RTD), counter movement jump height measured at a baseline reference condition (REF) after 30 min (RUN) (CYC). Electromyographic activity quadriceps muscles obtained during tests. RESULTS: No significant differences found between conditions for ( p> 0.05), RTD countermovement electromyographic amplitude 0.05). CONCLUSION: data indicate that lower limb strength not compromised minutes continuous exercise, independent mode exercise performed.
