摘要: The ferroelectric domain morphology of PbTiO3 single crystals has been investigated at room temperature by electrostatic force microscopy (EFM) and piezoelectric (PFM) in addition to atomic (AFM). While EFM is shown reveal 90° a-c-domains via susceptibility contrast 180° c-domain walls their stray fields, PFM used visualize write patterns. Owing stabilizing negative space charges provided the n-type only written c-domains are stable against backswitching.
