摘要: This chapter reports on the application of collaborative GISbased What If? planning support system for managing data and creating exploratory future land use change scenarios. The case study area is Mitchell Shire, a local government municipality located urban fringe City Melbourne, Australia. In this research we describe various modules comprising systems (PSS) how they have been applied to assist planners within shire better understand suitability probable impacts projected population growth. also aims increase awareness potential benefits PSS planning.
