摘要: This research compares two methodologies to gain an insight into which may best fit the of Planning Support Systems (PSS) used in planning practice. The approach taken by this is twofold; firstly using data collected through case studies and application Actor-Network Theory (ANT), secondly, online questionnaire staff government private was analysed Unified Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT). Results applying ANT can provide useful insights social technical interactions that are relied upon build implement a PSS. Moreover, UTAUT results found order for Information Communication (ICT) applications be widely accepted planners, organizations they work need address performance expectancy facilitating conditions as priorities. Although methods vastly different, have been somewhat complimentary.
