摘要: The distributions of cobalt and iron between metallic copper high mattes were measured at 1400 1500 K. A value 0.40 ±0.02 was found as the Raoultian activity coefficient CoS infinite dilution in Cu2S-FeS-CoS mattes. present activities FeS Cu-saturated Cu2S-FeS to deviate more positively than those reported by Krivsky Schuhmann 1623 K, positive deviation from Temkin’s ideality greater K Using CoS, partitions fayalitic slags calculated for various conditions smelting. It that exhibits, matte-slag equilibria, chemical properties intermediate nickel iron, but much closer nickel. overall recovery blister depends on matte grade, is low 3 pct best. When a desired, therefore, concentrate rich must not be processed conventional pyrometallurgical technology view inevitably loss slag.
