摘要: Because of its close proximity to teeth and periodontium, gingival squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) can sometimes mimic tooth-related benign inflammatory conditions, resulting in misdiagnosis. In this study we report a case SCC that mimicked dentoalveolar abscess endodontic origin early presentation. The course treatment is discussed brief review the literature presented. many patients with visit dentists as their initial professional contact, it hoped serve reminder for keep possibility mind when examining intraoral lesions.
