摘要: The invention provides a method of preparing an aqueous dispersion polymer encapsulated particulate material, the comprising: providing material in continuous phase, comprising RAFT agent as stabiliser for material; and polymerising ethylenically unsaturated monomer under control to form at surface dispersed thereby wherein polymerisation comprises: (a) composition that includes ionisable so base responsive water swellable layer encapsulates (b) non-ionisable extensible, permeable layer.
