摘要: The aim of this descriptive qualitative study was to explore perspectives nurses and midwives towards the introduction shift-to-shift bedside handover. Semistructured interviews with (n = 20) 10) occurred 12 months after Data were analyzed using thematic content analysis. Two main themes identified: enhanced individual patient care documentation, along improved patient-clinician partnerships; protection confidentiality privacy. newly introduced handover model efficiency accuracy process led provision safe, high-quality care.
