摘要: A practitioner-based enquiry (PBE) or 'practitioner-centred-research' (Rolfe 1998), was undertaken using action research to examine the concept of 'nursing hand-over'. The move away from traditional style hand-over (which involved either one two people verbally relaying 'all' information those nurses coming onto duty) a that is based at bedside with patient and involves only accountable for individual's care, focus study reported here. carried out on medical ward aged 65 over aimed identify whether after 6 months (post-implementation new hand-over) all staff felt key issues identified in 3-month evaluation primarily quantitive data collection, had been addressed by an methodology.
