摘要: Hepatitis C virus is the most frequent cause of chronic non-A, non-B hepatitis, and antibodies to structural nonstructural proteins encoded by viral genome have been suggested be markers ongoing HCV infection. We studied behavior these during interferon therapy in 18 patients with hepatitis also a follow-up period at least four years. A significant decrease anti-HCV titer was found only who had shown positive response all them were negative end follow-up. Analysis recombinant immunoblotting assay showed that anti-c100 affected therapy, whereas anti-c22 anti-c33 not modified. Using polymerase chain reaction detect small amounts serum, we could confirm HCV-RNA after similar loss seems closely related disappearance from serum. Our type 1b 2, according recent score Simmonds, clearance serum treatment its sustained status are genotype 2 long-term interferon.
