摘要: : The present study aimed to analyze the pathology of chronic hepatitis C in relation HCV serotype, and speculate on possible differences pathogenesis liver injury. Liver biopsies were investigated from 59 consecutive patients whom virus genotypes determined by a serological genotyping assay that detects antibodies directed epitopes encoded NS4 region. A morphological was performed each case, semiquantitatively scoring necro-inflammatory fibrotic lesions. prevalence serotypes as follows: 26 (44%) had type 1 infection, 11 (19%) 2 20 (35%) 3. significant association between intravenous drug abuse serotype 3 infection observed. Patients with proved significantly older than types or 3, more frequently they showed active disease, but no found quality acinar topographic distribution all lesions scored. In conclusion, disease can be related spectrum is independent types. From point view, different injury unlikely.
